Late Policy: If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment and you have not notified us, we automatically cancel your appointment. If you show up late to your appointment it is up to the stylists discretion if they are able to continue with the appointment based on their schedule or adjust the service provided based on time.
If you have extra thick, curly or long hair and extra time is needed for an appointment, a one time $10 charge will be added to your ticket for an extra 15 minutes.
